Regardless of people's "opinions"... biewers are now recognized as a breed of their own in many countries. The US is not far before.
The related ancestor in the stream glen dogs adds nothing genetically to the biewers of today.
Much like the Skye terrier background or other dogs involved in the development of the Yorkshire terrier.
