if she was not scratching and itchy before the bath then most likely it was the flea shampoo that irritated her delicate skin.
some of shampoos are pretty harsh.
i would suggest a bath in a mild oatmeal shampoo .
if she has not been to the vet already she should go and get checked out. if she does have fleas make sure you mention to your vet that you already gave her a bath in flea shampoo.
you don't want to overdose her on flea meds.
