Good Grief ! Any Vet that says don't worry to me, when I am worried better have the test results/ or right answers to PROVE there is not a problem ! With small dogs a speedy reaction to symptoms is much safer, than lets wait and see. Maybe you need a new Vet. Please up date us when you can.
