I just wanted to say that I'm so sorry your baby has been so sick. I agree that your vet should do an x-ray to see if there could be an obstruction that could be causing the pain you've described. He should also do a panel of blood work to help determine your baby's diagnosis too. Perhaps you should go to another vet for a second opinion but you could request copies of your baby's file to bring to the other vet so they will know what has been done so far.
