Many people are not educated about what to look for, when getting a puppy. They just respond to a heart tugging, tiny face,with big sad eyes.
It is wonderful sites like Yorkie Talk that educate people.
We know lttle flat faces with big eyes may mean an open frontal, water on the brain, shallow eye sockets, breathing problems etc. And we know they don't look right. Not at all like a normal, well bred, healthy yorkie pups, should look.
