I was told NOT to buy them from walmart bc they sit back in storage for goodness knows how long and sometimes by the time they are finally out for sale the product has become outdated and can be more harmful than good..
As far as tick preventative.. I just say skip it bc I groom/brush Harley daily and check over all his skin anyway and if he does happen to have a tick I can feel and see it and am able to pull it off. Now, fleas that's a whole other story!
