I can't really see which one it is because the link doesn't work, but if it's one featuring the dangly heart I would be careful only because puppies tend to chew anything hanging long enough from their necks. If you crate her, any tag or ornament can get stuck on the crate.
Bebe has a Tiffany heart necklace (it's really a bracelet lol) and it wasn't even really loose on her (I could fit only one finger between the necklace and her neck) and she somehow wedged her jaw into the space. So the bracelet was stuck across the inside of her mouth and I had to unclasp it while she was panicing. And that all happened with her on my lap, so I couldn't imagine it happening while I was gone.
She doesn't wear necklaces anymore..
