Giardia is notorius for re-infection bc it sheds off the dog while they're infected...so once the dogs fight it off w/ a med, they pick it back up again via the shedding. Also, giardia commonly can hide under scope - so even when the test is negative, they can still have it. There is a test that has higher sensitivity, but they usually have to send it out...that may be a good idea for your kiddo.
It might be worth doing one more fecal...and if it's giardia, then you know the root of a lot of issues. If it's not giardia, then I'd ask your vet if it's a good idea to go to an Internist so you can get to the bottom of this.
Dogs can def have ulcers, just like humans. They can usually be managed pretty well. Has she been vomiting or anything? Or refusing food?
