Have any of you guys been through this with your babies? Katie Scarlett has 2 baby teeth that never came out. It is her two sharper canines on the top. The adult ones came in right next to them. I keep her teeth brushed but food does get caught in between the baby teeth and the adult teeth. She has an appointment this Wednesday morning for them to be removed and they said if she needed it, they would go ahead and do her dental while she was under. I did tell them I wanted the pre-op done. I know I read where so many YT'ers told how important that is. I am to take up all food at 6 pm on Tuesday night, but water is ok. Does anyone know the recovery time on this? What can I expect after? I dread her having to be put under again (she only has been once with her spay surgery) but I also do not want her to have tooth/gum issues if it can be prevented. I'm already nervous!!!
