In this wonderful electronic age..the sad thing is those checks we all write are never looked at by a human eye, except for the cashier or the person you are handing the check to. Once it is recieved at the bank for deposit it is scanned and electronically sent to the Federal Reserve and the paper checks never leave the bank where it is deposited..they are held for a couple of months and then shredded.
Unless a customer disputes anendorsement or says their checks were forged no human ever looks at them...you can sign your check Mickey Mouse and it will clear the system no problem It is up to your bank teller or the cashier in the businesses where you shop to catch these discrepancies.
