I have LifeLock....everything locks down if they try to open an account....Chase bank makes me sick sometimes with their security...if I use the card anyplace I dont often use the card, they stop and call. If the amount is over what I usually spend on a card, they stop and call. I went to visit a cousin and poor soul had no groceries...I took her to the grocery store and bought groceries, used my credit card...they called me while I was standing in the line, to see if that was actually me! Instead of signing the backs of my card, I put on there, "check ID"....of course, that does not help with on line fraud....Walmart is supposedly the worst offdender for credit card fraud and check forgery.....that comes from a cousin that is in law enforcement that deals with this type of crime. |
