If liver was only slightly off it could be a Chiari malformation & she will need an MRI to detect it. Chiari is most often diagnosed between the ages of 2 yrs & 6 yrs with the majority around 2 yrs old. If you stop the Pred & symptoms worsen give the pred ASAP & get her to a Neuro or Teaching hosp for an MRI. Have they done X-ray of the neck yet ? if not I would talk to your vet about it as she could have AAI. FYI, AAI & Chiari can throw off the liver enzymes & cause vision problems but with treatment both will will return to normal. These are life threatening issues so prompt & proper treatment are a must . I will be praying for your baby.
