I agree! Some vets, unfortunately, don't care as much about their patients as they do about buying that new yacht
If they can't tell you whether it's yeast or bacteria, then that nuts, that's first-year medicine! If antibiotics aren't helping, then it's most likely yeast. And them wanting to go ahead with vaccines when her immune system is already fighting something is borderline malpractice
Please, consider changing vets. This one does not sound competent! Her skin has been this way for too long
