Animal Dermatology & Allergy I found this with a quick Google I don't know how big Modesto is, but it could be worth the drive if they can help your little one to heal faster, or even to properly diagnose what her condition is.

I'd talk to the vet about her having any vaccines at all until her skin is better. Her little immune system is already taxed from fighting this skin problem and I'd be concerned that the vaccine could set her healing back, or if it would even be effective at this time due to her condition. At least discuss that with her vet before proceeding
