I have been told that if the blood is dark then it is from farther up the intestines, and if it is bright red it is lower in the intestines. She has both, maybe she has been trying to hold in her poop and the red blood dried up? I would also be very concerned that she also threw up. Could be plenty of things. You really need to get her to the vet. Uni had this before and it turned out to be pancreatitis, but these symptoms can be from many things.
Make sure she drinks water. She sounds very dehydrated. Force her to even if she doesn't want any. If they are lethargic usually they won't even want water. But with diarrhea and vomiting, she must be dehydrated.
