Pancreatitis is scary and painful for the dog. I'm sorry you both are going through this, I know the feeling. I'd feed a very tiny meal in the morning (like a couple of tablespoons) and do that a few times during the day working up to full size meals because sometimes it gets worse before it gets better, or at least that was the case with my dog.
