I hear what you are saying about folks who did nothing wrong paying for the sins of others. Future athletes and their parents need to have some assurances that the school they are choosing has adequate integrity. Penn didn't, but it puts others on notice. This is not about football, this is about abusing children, and adults who lacked integrity - what ever was the most important to them allowed this to happen.
