Bowsie was crate trained as soon as I brought him home, for many reasons. I am so glad I did this because I am flying with him in 10 days and I can't imagine trying to fly with a dog who didn't like his crate!
He sleeps out on occasion, usually only during naps though. For some reason at night he won't sleep in the bed (I think he gets too hot). We have all tile floors and his little nails tick on the floor when he shuffles about and it drives us mad. So usually he sleeps in his crate right next to the bed, and he loves it there. When he gets tired, he will go in there on his own. |
