There are Yorkie rescues that you can contact (Google Yorkie Rescue). Transport can sometimes be arranged.

One problem I had while trying to get a rescue was not having a fenced yard. This was NOT a Yorkie I was trying to get but a Japanese Chin. After getting turned down more than one time and meeting some really nasty "rescuers", we decided to get another puppy which was something we swore we would NEVER do again. I had always wanted a Yorkie and at figured at the age of almost 65, it was now or never.

Puppyhood is a long and frustrating time. I have discovered that a Yorkie is the most difficult dog I have ever tried to housebreak. BUT, it is well worth the effort to have such a precious furbaby!!
