Well, that needs to change, seriously. A lot of the time, it takes years for a child to have the courage to come forward, and by then it's too late to prosecute the offender. There is no statute of limitations on murder or child support arrears. I think that molesting a child equates to murder, in a way, as it kills their spirit and changes their life forever
