Just seeing your thread, Michelle, sure glad to read that you havn't gone and slipped a disk or broken anything. Hope you are feeling better soon!

I had something similar happen many years ago. I had a "crick" in my neck and went to my chiropractor for adjustments. In a week or so I was all better - or so I thought. I had all three kids with me and we were walking across a busy parking lot street and I went to take a step and my leg would not move. I was standing in the middle of the street with my three young children unable to move. It was very scary. I know that it was only a couple of seconds, but it seemed like hours. Anyway when I was able to walk again I was in agony in my lower back. I went straight to my chiropractor and he said that it was common when you have a problem in your neck to have an issue with your back a short time later. Seems like you over compensate with one part of the body putting more stress on it to protect another. After a few adjustments, heat and exercise I was good to go.
