Well..went to the doctor after a long and painful day at work. Xrays showed no disc or spine damage. It is only muscle spasms and a pulled muscle. No bending...no lifting and I had therapy and go back tomorrow for another session.
I guess DH will just have to wait on me hand and foot like I have done for him for 33 years
