Oh Michelle, so sorry this happened...I know how horrible back pain is. When I was 19, I picked up a half piece of brick and bam, the pain brought me to my knees. I ended up with a ruptured disc, it took weeks to start feeling better. I have learned to baby it through the many years later. A few years ago, I too was diagnosed degenerative disc disease. Hope, you eases up and you feel better soon.
