Have you been to a Vet Derm yet? I really feel for you...my Wylie had lots of skin issues and I went to my regular vet (at the time, no longer!), who kept telling me nothing was wrong. FINALLY, I went to a Vet Derm...and I sure wish I'd done this sooner...they are amazing, and so sharp. Turned out that Wylie had pyoderma (skin infection), Hypothyroid, and Atypical Cushings (causes a lot of skin issues when untreated).

And my Marcel was on Atopica for a couple years...I'm doing a trial w/ him off of it right now. But, if he had bad symptoms, I'd put him back on in a heartbeat. The Derm will give you options...but the nice thing about Atopica is that while it's ramping up to therapeutic level, you can also give steroid shots and/or use that Temaril-P in the meantime.

You've had skin scrapings done etc..? Does he bite, chew, lick his paws btw?
