By lunch on the first day. My hubby took it to work in a cooler and they emptied it out. I called to tell him to hold some for my friends but it was all gone!  We just cut chunks and I weigh it and label the ziploc bags. You ever see the fish head that we bake in the oven? My kids fight for the eyeballs....lol they are gross!  |
Yes I did! I used to eat the eyeballs, and I loved them, until my sister embarrassed me in front of my entire family at dinner once. I never ate them again. I do still love fish brains and cheeks though.
I went to an Asian buffet a few months ago and got a chink of bbq'd fish. Didn't realize it was half a fish head bc I got the skin side down. I went and put my chopsticks in it and thought I got a nice big piece of fat. It was an eyeball!
Oh did not have much of an appetite after that.
