IF you want your little one to go potty outside, you need to give them something to get excited about. There is nothing more exciting to a pup than the scent of poo. Next time your pup goes potty inside the house, pick it up and take it outside and place it in the potty area for later when you take your pup outside to go potty. Take him to that same spot where you put the poo and with encouraging words and your potty command tell him to go potty! Once he gets use to his own scent and after you have done the potty dance (jk) and praised him for a job well done he will get the hang of it.

Add a tiny treat (a cheerio, green bean or pineapple) as a reward and he'll want to do what ever it take to get that treat, faster. Sometimes you dont even need a treat (food) a clicker will work just as well.

For more info on training your new pup your more than welcome to look over my site for training tips that I have used to train all of my pups with great success!!
