Was the puppy registered? My little guy was 1# 7oz at 16 weeks. Now at 20 weeks he weighs 2# 4oz. So I'm not sure whats going to happen. I never thought about the breeder lying. But I was assuming that my guy would be anywhere from 4 to 7 lbs.
