How did you make your asian style tartar sauce? I make home made poke with salmon usually. Very simple with garlic, onion, shoyu, sesame oil, chili oil, scallions, a bit of ponzu, but no inamona here!

Limu is seaweed..I like the regular thin brown ones. Not the fat invasive species that we now have. lol

Asian tartar...Mayo, shoyu, tobasco, and a squeeze of lemon.

The salmon poke you make is my hubbys favorite! But try and add some furikake with all your ingredients. I think you would love it! Very popular here.
