I did call the Corporate Office in Ohio. I would think that the local store has heard from them by now, I hope so.
I only learnt later today that Macy's allows transgenders ( cross dressers) to use any dressing room they so choose, IS THIS REALLY, REALLY TRUE?
I am saddened by this happening to us and very, very humiliated. I have no desire whatsoever to shop with Macy's any more. This should never have happened to us.
Thank you all for expressing your concerns to Macy's through whatever means you did, not only on behalf of Jack and myself but on behalf of all others that are disabled and their caregivers.
Your messages here really touched my heart, I am proud that Jack and I are members of a wonderful group.
Sorry for being slow in posting, This incident has left me feeling rather down, and kinda speechless.

Patti I am so sorry you had to deal with this. I truely hope they make this right with you. I understand as I have to take my son Alex with me everywhere. There was no excuse for this behavior toward you. I pray that they go above and beyond as a company and understand that how they handled the situation was in the wrong. Keep your chin up and know that we all support you!
