Hi everyone. Lily was spayed this morning...woke up after anesthesia about 5 hours ago. I brought her home three hours ago, and I am just wondering what normal behavior is. She is walking around wobbly and a bit sideways, like a crab. She seems to be having some sort of little tremors every few seconds ( this is sort of freaking me out - but maybe it is totally normal) even when she's sleeping. And she's sleeping most of the time. I am pretty sure this is all normal, I guess I am just looking for reassurance.
I would love to hear any info that you all might have from experience. I love my vet and totally trust her, but she is not a big talker and the pat operative info was sparse. What has your experience been with recovery time, post surgical pain....really anything you would have wanted to know/hear when you brought your baby home from the vet!
