First, not all hotels will allow you to leave the dog in the room unattended.
But IF they do I would bring a pack and play (or ask housekeeping for one ~ they may have some they reserve for the pups) and/or baby gates.
Always leave your Do Not Disturb sign out and leave the television ON.
Bring familiar items from home (bedding, toys, etc) and maybe an air freshener scent that you use in your home.
Leave him with a piece of your clothing and something that belongs to the other pups as well.
Have fun In Destin but consider Milo's safety and comfort level while he is being left alone while you are at the beach or out for meals or sight seeing
