I just received an email from Oriana Wagoner, store manager for Macy's Antelope Valley store. She writes she attempted to call and my phone was out of service (it wasn't) and asked I return her call as she very much so wanted to discuss this situation with me. I've called her back and she is now "out to lunch", left a message to return my call.

Connie, it might help if I had the day and time Patti and Jack were at the store. Although, it shouldn't be to hard for their staff to recollect....I'm sure they don't kick customers with disabled husbands out of their dressing rooms everyday
