Watch the baby for any lethargy, listlessness, sleeping more then usual, far away look in her eyes-kind of like the lights are on but no bodys home-,....nausea, wretching, loss of appetite, vomiting, change in gait, ie stumbling, staggering, dizzy acting behavior....shaking her head, holding her head off center when looking at you....any of these are signs of fluid build up in the brain, pressure on the brain......take her IMMEDIATELY to the vet.... ER vet if necessary....do not wait until the office opens on Monday, etc...you go immediately and get help.
