It's not like that here, here you don't even have to have tags on your animal, only have to have it microchipped.
So I can have that tag like I want to
But here though with dogs, if you register them in your hometown (you have to do that, otherwise the dog is illegal and if someone complaints your dog will be taken away after 1-2 chances) you have to have their registration number on a tag on the collar.
