Default breeder

I would not buy from a breeder who does not allow you to come to their home and see their dogs. I can understand not wanting you to bring strange dogs to their home..but simply looking at a litter and parents will not make the pups sick. You do not have to handle them..I have shown many Yorkies to people by allowing them to look in the playtoom and me holding up the parents and pups. A bit like the hospital an looking at babies..I had a glass door that kept the dogs/people apart..but that was back when there was no parvo vaccine and we were scared to death. Never had a sick Yorkie or pup from people merely looking.
BUT if she is a USDA licenced breeder the government has laws about the public in a kennel..do you know those type breeders are not allowed to have breeding stock inside their house..must be confined in a separate kennel..pups also.
