Raley had the oiliness. His was seborrhea oleosa (without the dandruff). Once we found the right shampoo to treat that and control it he is a different dog. I am also sure he is happy that he doesn't have to get a bath every other day anymore! This condition can also have yeast infections show up and that will contribute to the odor as well.
