To be honest, I stopped reading the news a long time ago, and I'm much better for it. I get the important stuff from 'The Colbert Report'.

Thanks for your concern; it's truly appreciated. Sadly mlove for animals will not let me stay away from these stories. Plus the one with the dead animals being discarded -- that's less than 15 miles from my house and on a path I often travel.
