There is serious problems when people are hurting helpless animals that do nothing but good for people. I hate to think what happened to those animals before they were killed and dumped.
As far as that little girl, she has some real issues. Normal girls that age don't do things like that. She's obviously very angry. Probably abused or who knows. She needs serious help or we'll probably see her on the news in 15 years again.
