 I contacted the AKC today
AKC gave me the address to a complaints section where I will be sending the contract I signed with the broker( showing her full name under the title "breeder") and the application form signed by the actual breeder. Thanks for the advice; I will be contacting the ASPC to prevent this from happening again. As a first time Yorkie owner, I can say with no doubt that they have amazing personalities. I mean, when we go to my restaurant, before we get out of the car, he knows the cooks have treats waiting for him. I have no doubt his siblings are just as smart as Rexi and it hurts me to think how they are being treated right now. Once AKC completes their investigation, I will post the breeders name and contact information as well as the broker who claims she is a breeder on this site. In fact, I believe it would be nice to make a list of bad breeders/brokers on this web site.... of course putting someone on the list would require an investigation to be completed first.
