I think your dog is 5 months old? Yes, he is going to grow quite a bit more. I doubt that he will double his size but he does have some growing to do. There is just no way to estimate his size without knowing his genetic background. Did you see his parents?

There are Yorkies on YT that range from 2lbs to over 20lbs so your dog could end up anywhere in that range. Usually the only way you can kind of estimate your pup's adult size is by getting one from a breeder that has been breeding dog's that are generally the same size for several generations. Even then they can occasionally have one that is bigger or smaller than expected.

My Gracie grew in size until she was about 11 months old and then she continued to put on weight very slowly for several months. There are so many variations. Most dogs reach their adult weight at around 12 months or a little after.
