Msyorkietown.. do you have an "island" background? A lot of your "cooking" sounds very much like some of my Jamacian friends. It is interesting the blend of cultures in "Island" food.. so yummy




She is Jamaican. I am very excited to try the jerk seasoning!!

Tamari is much more pure than soy sauce, yet costs about the same. My SIL has Celiac's disease. It's amazing how many things contain glueten.

I'm going to look for the mushroom soy ASAP

I better buy a second refridgerator and a bigger wardrobe at this rate
