I used to free feed Joel but he would never eat, and now that I feed him on a schedule he eats really good.
His schedule is Breakfast 8:00, Lunch 1:00, Dinner 6:00 and only if he's hungry he'll eat a little before bed at 10-11. He eats about 3/4 of a cup all day.
