I buy spring roll shells? But I deep fry them just like egg rolls. I don't really have a recipe lol. I use cabbage, carrots, lemon pepper, chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and anything else I decide to throw in.
. Wrap them then deep fry. The spring roll shells are not as thick as the egg roll wrappers like Walmart has. Does that make any sense?
