My yorkie weighs 2 lbs and 3 ozs last week (at 12 weeks of age). I don't give him other food except his dry dog food. We started attending a puppy class last week and we've been giving him his dry dog food since I don't know what treat to give him. When I asked the vet last week during his check-up about what "treat" to give him, she said just stick to the dry dog food we have been giving him and it is actually better (she said the brand I am using is actually excellent). He is a very smart dog, he can sit still now when asked. He is very energetic during his playtime. My 89-year old mom loves him so much. We love him so much! |
