[My baby Milo]

I found a few little bumps on Milo. I got to looking and i got 2 tiny black bug off of him. I can't tell if it is seed ticks or not. They are so small. I only give him stuff for fleas because he don't get into tall grass he is only in the yard. Should I shampoo him in tick and flea shampoo or get front line? He sleeps with us and I was tore up this morning when I was petting him and found those little bugs. What do I do. The vet is not open today.
