Dont ever use a feeding schedule in such a tiny, young baby, to help with potty training! NEVER restrict the available food and water on such a tiny, young baby....especially to "control her bladder"!!!!! CONTROLLING HER BLADDER is NOT the focus at this WEIGHT and age! You have managed to become a new mommy to a tiny little girl, so "rules" that may work for a 16 week old 3-4 pound baby, dont work here! I do not advocate using a feeding schedule to regulate bladder/bowel control UNTIL around 6-8 months old AND AT LEAST 3 lbs. Tiny babies need to be able to nibble whenever they want to, or their calories and energy, and glucose level that keeps that baby running, deplete and then you MAY have low blood sugar issues to contend with.....and that can be a deadly situation.
