Like most peple have wrote to you, I agree that it is in the best interest to rehome this little yorkie, or find a rescue group who will take him. NO DOG
should ever be left outside in the pouring rain, that is animal cruelty. Maybe this is just not a good match for you and your girlfriend, yorkie's require a great deal of hands on training, positive reinforcement, and tend to want to please their owners. He may not have come from a good home before you got him, making it harder on you , but this is no excuse to treat him this way. If he is not fixed then he will mark everywhere, thqt is what male yorkies do, thhat can create problems for the owner, nobody wants to live in a urin stained carpets and furniture. He is only 3 pounds, that is a very tiny yorkie, please do not ever use physical force on him, he is too fragile, and can easily be hurt, plus they do not respond to that type of treatment.
