I keep reading how if you want your puppies ears to stand up when he's an adult you have to tape them while he's young for a few weeks? What's taping? Lol sorry for all my threads just a new Mom & trying to figure all this stuff out!

Thanks in advance! Oh & he's 12 weeks old. One ear perks up and the other one is down just so you know...? Any tips or advice on this subject?
