I agree with the others. Vet should check it out. I hope it is nothing.
My old boy, Noah (RIP) was nearly blind at 18, he got around perfectly in the house , on the sun porch, still used the doggy door and ramp and played in the yard. His condition was like human retina disease. Not something surgery would repair. Being almost blind did not seem to bother him. But it happened slowly over time.
