They were feeding her Hills Science, so I am continuing with that, but Im not sure she is eating enough. She ate a little yesterday afternoon and then ate good last night. I figured she would be ready to eat this morning, she ate a little but I wasnt sure it was enough. (I had a friend that her yorkie had alot of trouble with hypoglycimia so I am really wary of that) How much (quantity) do you guys feed your new babies? Prissy weighs right at a pound...Thanks and glad to be here!!
hi congrats on your new little girl. i bet she is just precious.
i know that most recommend that with one that tiny you leave food out at all times. also have some nutrical on hand just in case.
maybe once a day you could just give her a little dab and let her lick it off the end of your finger.
you are smart to keep her on the same diet as the breeder.
changing diet in one so small and young could cause problems.
nice to meet you and have fun with your new baby
